How do I send reference images?

Are all options available?
No. Options shown are design preferences. Availability, metal color and plating are confirmed for the individual project.
When are design and timing confirmed?
Design, quotation, revisions and production schedule are agreed before production. There is no standard 10–15-business-day promise for every bespoke project.
What about changes, cancellations and returns?
Consult the applicable policies and your individually agreed quote. Statutory remedies are unaffected.
