Order Cancellation & Refund Policy

 


You may cancel your order and request a full refund for any reason within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided that the item:

 

  • Is unworn and in original condition

  • Is returned with its original packaging and certificate(s)

  • Includes valid proof of purchase

 


All returned jewelry will be inspected by our experts to verify that it is in the same condition as originally dispatched before any refund is processed.

 

 

 

Customized Items

 


Customized items that are specially commissioned and not available for direct purchase on our website may be returned within 7 days of delivery.


Please note that customized items are not fully refundable. Refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis. In most cases:

 

  • The diamond is fully refundable

  • The setting is refunded at approximately 50%

 


If you would like a precise refund estimate prior to placing a customized order, please contact us in advance.


All customized returns must meet the following conditions:

 

  • The item is unworn and in saleable condition

  • Returned with original packaging and certificate(s)

  • Includes proof of purchase

 


All returned customized jewelry will be inspected prior to refund approval.

 

 

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 


If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us as soon as possible. Such cases will be handled in accordance with our returns procedure.


Any damage or fault determined not to be caused by us may be subject to repair or handling charges at the applicable rate.

Returned items must be dispatched within 5 working days of return approval to qualify for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined above.


We aim to process refunds or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

Please ensure that returned items are fully insured. Returned parcels remain your responsibility until signed for by us. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit. Please retain proof of postage.

 

 

 

Exchanges

 


For selected items such as “create your own ring,” three-stone rings, earrings, and pendants (items composed of both a diamond and a setting), we offer up to 25 days to modify the design after purchase. Any difference in cost between designs will be charged accordingly.

 

 

 

Overseas Returns

 


We accept returns for orders placed outside China. All international return shipping costs and responsibilities are borne by the customer.
